S Cinton Hart and the Chargers have agreed to a new 5-year contract which would keep him in San Diego through the 2012 season due to his forthcoming unrestricted free agent status after the 2008 season.
Coming to San Diego from Philadelphia in 2004, Hart played primarily special teams and reserve positions for 3 years and landed the starting job last season. He was the team’s 3rd leading tackler with 109, behind only Stephen Cooper and Matt Wilhelm; and also ranked 2nd on the team with 5 INTs and tied for 2nd with 4 tackles for loss.
Furthermore, Hart will be launching his Clinton Hart Foundation for underprivileged kids. The below logo was designed by LogoBee.
