QB Philip Rivers said his knee felt good after his impressive Saturday start against Dallas; 5-for-6, 54 yds, and both drives culminating with Chargers TDs. Even Norv Turner expressed his satisfaction with Rivers’ amazing comeback.
WR Vincent Jackson took the field again Monday for practice after nursing some sore legs. Both Turner and he are confident he’ll be fine by the start of the regular season. YAY!!!
LB Shawne Merriman debuted his new shaved head to interesting reviews.
Superstar LaDainian Tomlinson jokingly praised his coaching skills during the Dallas game. He said he was on the guys about scoring TDs and they answered. LOL!!
