GAME OVER - TILT TILT TILT

Chargers 20, Colts, 23
Colts won, Peyton Manning is truly the son of God.  Adam Vinitieri for President 2012.  Yeah, whatever. Chargers blew another one in the final half-minute of a game (insert expletives here.)  Play-calling sucked.  Defense was poor, although that 2nd pass interference call against Quentin Jammer was a travesty. Too many missed tackles. Flat offense except [...]

What a FUN Game!!!

Wow, Denver is getting a royal THRASHING by the pitiful, pathetic Oakland Raiders and I, frankly, couldn’t be happier at this moment.  ROFL!!!
While I know the Chargers have a tough one tonight, at least the Donkeys won’t be pulling away from the pack this week, regardless of San Diego’s output.  And next week, the Donks [...]

Colts (6-4) at Chargers (4-6)
If I were still optimistic, I’d remind you that the Chargers have won the past 3 meetings vs. Indy (including playoffs), and lead the series 15-9 (also including playoffs.)  I’d remind you of Peyton Manning’s 6 INTs last year (3 by Antonio Cromartie), as well as Darren Sproles’ PR and KR [...]

Refereeing 101

So, apparently Mike Pereira, the NFL’s VP of Officiating, has developed a new rule where another official must accompany the referee to the hood to review any plays to ensure that no more ridiculously, blatantly, ignorant calls are made anymore.  This, of course, assumes that two heads are, in fact, better than one.

Steelers 11, Chargers 10 (Whoop de doo, the first time in NFL history that a game ended with this score.)
What a stupid play to end the game.  Sheesh, take a knee or something.
I’m really tired of writing these post game reports after watching the team just suck.  At least the defense showed up today.  But the [...]

I feel the need to reiterate, yet again, how much I truly HATE the Denver Donkeys and all of their annoying, rude fans (gee, sounds like Patriot fans, doesn’t it?!)
They are not a good team.  They are lucky.  They get one or two really great plays in a drive, but really, people, if they were [...]

This is Gonna be a Toughie!! Week 11 Pre-Game Report

Chargers (4-5) at Steelers (6-3)
Where to start?  Well, despite the Steelers having won the last 5 of 6 games, the last matchup ended in a Chargers 23-13 victory; however, that was during the 14-2 season where Chargers fans never feared the team was behind since they always managed to prevail.  This year, however, is considerably different.  [...]

LUCKY Win - Week 10 Post Game Report

But a win nonetheless!  WOOT!!
Chargers 20, Chiefs 19
That game was considerably closer than I would have liked, but a win is a win is a win (just ask Donkey fans.)
And this win came despite yet another horrendous non-penalty pass interference penalty by the increasingly inept corps of officials which enabled the Chiefs to score.  I don’t [...]

I miss Cam Cameron (well, today anyway)…

So, I’m watching the Ravens/Texans game right now and getting jealous of Baltimore’s creative play-calling.  Lining QB Joe Flacco up as a receiver, halfback option passes, 2 QBs in the game, etc. etc. etc. and REALLY missing the play calling of Cam Cameron.  While he was a horrid head coach, he really is a good [...]
